This is a brief guide to custom artwork design requirements. Please call or e–mail us with any questions. The process that we use to decorate the Frisbee brand discs is a hotstamp process. We do not silkscreen your design.

The maximum imprint area is 2 1/2 inches for the Mini disc, 5 inches for the Premium model (Fastback), 6 inches for the Collegiate model (100 Mold) and 7 inches for the Wham–O U–Max model. This means that whatever graphic you decide to use, it MUST be able to fit inside a circle of your imprint size.

We can not process multi-color designs that have tight registration or overlapping of colors. We require a minimum 1/16 of an inch clearance between colors. We will only do multi-color designs after art approval.

Large solid areas do NOT hotstamp well. Areas of detail that are too small may end up filling in. We will be happy to review your artwork prior to submission and give you our advice on any changes that may help to prevent decorating problems.

The die maker requires black on white (camera–ready) art. Please send us clean originals at the correct imprint size for the model you have chosen. The better the original, the better the final product. We are sometimes able to process artwork by e–mail (pending software and ISP problems). We are working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoShop. If you choose to try this option, please be prepared to send a hard copy if necessary.

Please allow three to four weeks for delivery of your order once we receive final (workable) artwork and payment. Rush orders can usually be accommodated, but we would like as much time as possible so that we will be able to devote the time needed to give you our best work.
